I am journalist from Baltimore, Maryland. I earned my degree in photography at Bard College in 2022, and now I attend Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. 

My master’s thesis at Columbia was an in-depth look at New York City’s response to the ever-worsening overdose crisis.

I received honors in my Profile Writing course and thoroughly enjoyed my time in Sports Writing, where I covered the inaugural season of the Professional Women’s Hockey League and a Barnard alum’s journey to the 2024 Olympics.

Before Columbia, I wrote for a handful of local publications. I reported on local politics for the Red Hook Daily Catch, photographed events and wrote about arts and culture for the Baltimore Fishbowl, and delved into lesser-known stories from Washington, D.C. history for the local PBS station.
